Returns and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving an order. Please make sure that the item to be returned or exchanged is unwashed and unworn with original tags. We do not offer an exchange on out of stock items.

Once we receive your package back, please give us 1 week for us to process your return and exchange.
International Orders
We have no control over customs fees and they vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees.
Shipping and Handling Times
95% of all orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days! Priority Orders are always shipped before the standard orders. We do not ship orders over the weekend. Any orders placed on the weekends or the holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
The cut-off time for same day shipping for Second Day and Overnight Orders is 8 am PST. Any orders placed after that time will most likely be shipping the following business day.
